Finances

Standards for England is a non-departmental public body. We are funded by a grant-in-aid from our sponsoring department, Communities and Local Government.

We are independently audited by the National Audit Office, and are required to lay our accounts in Parliament each year. You can download our Annual Reports and Accounts which give a breakdown of expenditure for each financial year.

Our future financial plans are outlined in our Corporate Plan.
