When completing your questions and statement, please describe how you meet the essential skills and experience outlined in the person specification.
We would like you to include the following information in your answers to the questions:
The task or problem you were assigned to.
Your role and responsibilities during the task.
Your actions and when you carried them out.
The outcome and the extent to which the problem was solved, and the task was accomplished.
You will be judged both on the content of your responses and the way in which they are written. We will judge your statement on whether you meet the requirements of the person specification. Each question and your statement has a word limit. For further information please see the application form.

Job evaluation exercise
Standards for England is currently developing a reward strategy and new pay structure. Part of this development involves carrying out a job evaluation exercise. All salaries quoted are therefore subject to job evaluation, the results of which will be implemented with effect from 1 April 2010.
