Case analysis
The Case Review allows us to share our experience of conducting investigations, giving legal advice and developing policy in relation to the Code of Conduct. It is intended primarily as a research tool for monitoring officers and standards committees. It has been developed to help them understand how tribunals and higher courts have interpreted the Code of Conduct. It is envisaged as a complement to the guidance we have produced.
Please note that whilst some old versions of the Case Review are available to download below, some of the content may be out of date due to subsequent changes to the law and to the Code.
