Standards Forum reaches 1,000 users

Our Standards Forum, launched last October, provides a place where monitoring officers, other designated officers and standards committee members can share their experiences. Users can network, ask questions, share good practice, make recommendations and discuss any topics relating to the local standards framework. 

We are delighted that there are now over 1,000 users registered on the forum.

After a number of requests, we are also now granting authorities a further three officer registrations. You can find out more about registering here.

'Hot topics' being discussed on the forum include dealing with vexatious complaints, protocols for informing subject members and promoting ethical behaviour. If you are already registered log in now to participate.
