Guidance
The publication of guidance is central to Standards for England's support function. Our guidance helps local authorities and their members to interpret the Code of Conduct. It also advises standards committees and monitoring officers on their roles and responsibilities, particularly in relation to the local assessment of complaints, local investigations and determinations.
