Standards committee determinations guidance
The guidance below assists standards committees in conducting determinations hearings. Determinations hearings decide whether a member has breached the Code of Conduct, and if so, whether a sanction should be applied and what form the sanction should take.
The guidance comprises a guide to determinations hearings and a series of checklists for standards committees to help them with the process.
